Currently living in: Syracuse, IN (United States)

Spent 5 yrs in the USAF as radar tech, with three of those in a Special Ops unit in Germany. Came back and got my BSEE at Purdue. Met my wife, Deb, and moved to Phoenix to be an engineer for AlliedSignal. Got bored with that and took a job launching rockets for three years. Burned out (figuratively), moved back home with our daughter, Jessica (4/98), in late '98. We lived in Milford for a few years and after a short stint in sales, I became Controller at Heckaman Homes in Nappanee. Had a son (well, my wife did..), Cameron (7/01) and got my MBA from Purdue in 12/03. Moved back to Syracuse in '04 and have a place in the country, oddly, less than a mile from where my great-granmother's old home was. Left Heckaman in 2005 and wandered aimlessly about the land until I stumbled into a restaurant partnership in Ft Wayne (in 12/05), where I just became Managing Partner (3/07). What a long strange trip it's been...
