After over 20 years in Ohio, I returned to my birthplace of Mechanicsburg PA in 2007. I spend a lot of time with my son and his beautiful 11-year-old daughter, and my daughter and her husband. I also spend time with other family in the area, including Mom who is 95 and still kicking pretty strong. I have 1 brother and 2 sisters in the Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg area, 1 sister in Connecticut, a brother in Philadelphia area, another brother in Arizona. You likely remember my older brother, Steve, a 1969 Wawasee alumnus who made his roots in Ohio many years ago. Bet you didn't know there were so many of us, 4 boys, 4 girls. I am working in the Human Resources field, putting to use my late-bloomer education (BBA, MBA-University of Toledo). I also began a masters program in Criminal Justice/Criminal Behavior that I put on hold for a few years. I will resume those studies in May 2010 with a goal of working with crime victims and witness assistance programs. The degree will also allow me to work with Employee Assistance Programs, counselling individuals who were witness to violent crimes in the workplace.
