Full time wife and mother of 6 children ranging from 37 to 17 years of age, grandmother of a grandson 10 yrs. old. I am active in adoption issues in Indiana as well as helping reunite those who are searching. Little did any of us realize that many who gave a child up for adoption, would face the possibility that they would come looking for you. But I can relate to it because I am adopted and found out two years ago that I am a black/gray market adoptee. So my mission has been to change the adoption laws and help others effected by adoption.
It was great seeing so many at the reunion! I have been married since 2001 and work part time as a children's director. My husband is an associate pastor. We love living near Chicago, but I prefer Florida weather!
Hey Everyone. I now reside In Ocala Florida with my husband Marcos Falcon. I have two wonderful children a daughter Bittany who is 13 and a son Justin who is 8. I am working part-time outside the home and spend all my other time with my children and my husband. We moved here about 1 1/2 years ago and my husband works for E-One as a mechanic on fire trucks. After high school I attended Ball State and graduated in 2000 with a degree in exercise science. I moved to South Bend for a couple of years, grew tired of working, and decided to go back to school. I graduated in June 2006 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from IUPUI. Shortly thereafter I married my dream woman, Pennylane, who I met in grad school. We now live in Fort Myers, Florida and love it.
I just got hired to do a promotional tour with XM Satellite Radio. They teamed up with major league baseball and I will be traveling along the east coast for the next 5 months promoting XM at baseball games.
My wife & I have 5 children ranging from 28 yrs. old to 15 yrs. old. Brent, Bethany, & Kyle, the oldest three, are out of college, and our daughter Beth is the only one that is married. Curtis has been attending Purdue and our youngest son, Clark, will be a freshman at Wawasee High School. I still enjoy bicycling and just recently finished my seventh ride across the state of Kansas with the group known as BAK (Biking Across Kansas). I have worked for Superior Wood Products for the past fifteen years as an engineer and cutlister. We design and build high end custom cabinetry for residential homes and offices.
After high school I attended BSU and got a B.S. in Telecommunications. I am currently working at Conseco Services, L.L.C. in Carmel. I now live in the historic Herron-Morton district of downtown Indianapolis.
I've been married to Tina (Huntington 86) for 11 years. Two wonderful daughters, Taylor 9 & Jamie 7. I am currently working for IBM after being outsourced from Lincoln National Life after 16 yers.
Greetings to the class of '71 which, due to the vagaries of modern life, has undoubtedly evolved into a diverse assemblage ranging from the wildly successful, to the dissipated miscreant! Even though I departed the hallowed halls of WHS late in '69, and graduated from Elkhart Central, I'm grateful to be allowed to post on this site! My brief (in the grand scheme of things) period as a Syracusian was, shall we say, "interesting" and contributed significantly to the construction of the person I am today (the blame has to fall somewhere)
I currently live in Sedona,AZ, where I have been for 4 years now. I owned a Bed & Breakfast with my then husband...now divorced and running an art tour business and work at several other B&B's in the area part-time so I can be at home with my boys. I have Tanner who is 7 now and Shane who just turned 1 year!!
Moved back to the area in July 2007 with my husband Joe and daughters Gillian (11) and Lila (7). I am practicing worker's compensation and social security law with a small law firm, Klezmer Maudlin, P.C.
After graduation, I started working in the factories around Goshen and quickly found that I hated factories. Therefore, in '89, I decided to "Be all that I could be..." and joined the Army. I wanted to have a long career, but was Medically Discharged in '95 due to Type I Diabetes. I am still pissed about having to get out. I would do anything to be in the military today, but... that’s life I guess. I began working in the I.T. field about the same time I married my high school sweetheart (Mary Ingram, Northwood '88). We moved to Marietta, GA (just north of Atlanta) in 1999 from Indy. I currently manage a national call center that supports dental software. I was bored in 2009 and decided to go to college. I have maintained Dean's List grades since January and am working hard to maintain them. I find it funny that I got D's and F's BY CHOICE in high school and now that I am two decades older, I care about my grades... just a stupid kid I guess.
After graduating I lived with my twin sister, Melody, and we bought a house together in 1988. I met my husband in 1991 then we married in 1993, I have two step-daughters: Brandi (now 26) and Brooke (now 24). Yes I know...WOW, but it helped get me ready for my beautiful daughters, Sydney (8) and Madison (6). So as you can see I have been busy the last 12 years with family, but loving it.
After high school I graduated from Vincennes University with an Associates Degree in Executive Secretarial. My first husband and I married in 1987 and had two great children - Meghann (02/90) and Christian (04/95). I remarried in 12/01 to Gary Fisher and increased my family with a stepdaughter, Jennifer (08/88), who lives with us. I have worked at White's Residential & Family Services since 1988 and recently was promoted to the position of Administrative Assistant to the Director and Conference Coordinator. (White's has a residential campus for youth placed by the Court system or Child Welfare system and also foster care and home-based programs.) I work in the foster care/home-based aspect. My husband owns a home improvement business, so we are always improving something at home. We keep busy with camping, boating, spending time with family, and everyone's different activities. I'm sorry I missed out 20-year reunion, but we already had plans that weekend. It would have been nice to see friends again.
I have started my own business as a Professional Organizer. (Ever watch Clean Sweep or Mission: Organization? That's what I do) Nathan and I are nearly done remodeling our fixer-upper house. Still no kids--only Bronx, our yellow lab. Nathan and I are quite fond of the Mad Anthony microbrews and can be found at the downtown Munchie Emporium enjoying $1 pint night every Monday. If you're ever in town, stop by!
