Have been living in Milford for past 16 years. Daughter Amanda lives in Hawaii, daughter Carrie lives in Indy. Haven't made the trip to Hawaii yet, maybe next year. Husband Ted is retired, but I'm still working 4 days a week as a dental hygienist. Anybody know if there is a 40th reunion?
I graduated in '06 from Indiana University-Bloomington with a degree in Biology. After graduating, I got married to Adam Armstrong, whom I met at IU my sophomore year. I'm currently working at Depuy Orthopaedics in Warsaw in their Microbiology department. My husband is from Fort Wayne and is working at Da-Lite in their Sales Department. We now live in Warsaw and are enjoying being back in the area.
Hi everyone! I would have graduated with the class of 1970 but moved to Nappanee in 1969. I am married and live in Grand Rapids, MI. I have two children, son Joe is married and has three children and lives in Nappanee and our daughter Jennifer and her husband live in San Francisco, California and they have no children. I work as an Administrative Assistant to the Operations Department for Elan Nutrition, which makes nutritional, energy, and weight loss bars. Would love to here from anyone who attended MHS and graduated in 1970 from WHS.
My wife (Carol) and I have lived in Arlington since 1975. We have two sons, Shannon and Bret. Shannon is married to Jackie and they have a daughter and a son, Alexandra and Brady. Bret is married to Annette and they have two sons and a daughter, Gannon, Alaina and Tanner. Bret is a graduate of Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He has relocated to Jacksonville, NC as a medical officer with the U S Navy and the Marine Corp. Bret will start a residency in Anesthesia at the Univ of Michigan in July, 2008. Carol is retired from Marathon Oil Company. I retired from Postal Service in December, 2007 after 37 years. Carol and I are planning to travel in retirement.
After over 20 years in Ohio, I returned to my birthplace of Mechanicsburg PA in 2007. I spend a lot of time with my son and his beautiful 11-year-old daughter, and my daughter and her husband. I also spend time with other family in the area, including Mom who is 95 and still kicking pretty strong. I have 1 brother and 2 sisters in the Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg area, 1 sister in Connecticut, a brother in Philadelphia area, another brother in Arizona. You likely remember my older brother, Steve, a 1969 Wawasee alumnus who made his roots in Ohio many years ago. Bet you didn't know there were so many of us, 4 boys, 4 girls. I am working in the Human Resources field, putting to use my late-bloomer education (BBA, MBA-University of Toledo). I also began a masters program in Criminal Justice/Criminal Behavior that I put on hold for a few years. I will resume those studies in May 2010 with a goal of working with crime victims and witness assistance programs. The degree will also allow me to work with Employee Assistance Programs, counselling individuals who were witness to violent crimes in the workplace. Hope those who read this are doing well and are enjoying a happy, healthy life with your family. Life can't get any better than that.

I attended Wawasee through my Junior year and moved to Fort Wayne for my Senior year of high school. After graduation from Purdue, I spent three years in Cajun country, and then moved to Warren Michigan, where I worked maintaining police helicopters. In 2004, I retired for the first time due to budget cutbacks in the Detroit area, and now work in Milwaukee Wisconsin maintaining the EMS helicopter at Flight For Life. I am still an active sailor, and have the opportunity to sail with my Dad and brother, as well as other assorted friends from the Wawasee area. By the way, thanks to Sue Gans' last sailing adventure on Rubicon, we had some fine leftovers. Sorry to have missed you, but do enjoy sailing with your Dad and Uncle.
I attended Ball State for a short period of time. Moved around the mid-west quite a bit and ended up in Dayton, Ohio for a year where I worked as an instructor for a computer learning center.
